Visa Process Refund Policy

Overview

At Enrolease, we are committed to transparency and fairness in all our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for visa processing and related services. By engaging our services, clients agree to the policy stated below.


Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under specific circumstances, depending on the stage of service delivery and the nature of the request. Visa processing involves professional consultation, documentation support, and third-party fees; therefore, not all services are refundable.


Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

  • Visa consultation and counselling fees

  • Application review and document preparation

  • SOP, resume, or cover letter drafting

  • Embassy appointment scheduling

  • Government, embassy, VFS, biometric, and third-party fees

  • Any service already delivered in full or in part


Refundable Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service cancellation requested before any work has commenced

  • Visa application not submitted due to internal processing error by Enrolease

  • Duplicate payment made by the client

Refund approval is subject to internal verification.


Visa Rejection Policy

  • Visa rejection by an embassy or consulate does not qualify for a refund, as the final decision rests solely with the respective immigration authority.

  • Enrolease does not guarantee visa approval and cannot be held responsible for rejections due to documentation, financial assessment, interview performance, or immigration rules.


Partial Refunds

In cases where services have been partially delivered, a partial refund may be issued after deducting:

  • Consultation fees

  • Work already completed

  • Administrative and processing charges


Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  1. Submit a written request via email within 7 working days of service cancellation

  2. Provide payment proof and service details

  3. Allow 7–14 business days for review and processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.


Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after approval

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways


Policy Changes

Enrolease reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
