3. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

• Enrolease does not guarantee admissions, visas, or job placements.

• Rejections or delays are beyond our control and do not constitute a breach of service.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Submit authentic documents only

• Meet deadlines and attend appointments

• Comply with immigration laws and university regulations

Enrolease is not responsible for negative outcomes resulting from false, incomplete, or delayed information.

5. Fees & Payments

• All service fees must be paid as agreed before work begins

• Government, embassy, biometric, courier, and third-party fees are separate and non-refundable

• Fees once paid are subject to the Refund Policy

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Visa Process Refund Policy. Certain services are non-refundable once initiated. Visa rejection does not qualify for a refund.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
